These Terms of Use govern your use of Reflectly, an app designed, developed, and operated by L Squared Est. ("LSquared," "we," "us"). By using Reflectly, you agree to these Terms.تحكم شروط الاستخدام هذه استخدامك لتطبيق ريفلكتلي، وهو تطبيق من تصميم وتطوير شركة لام تربيع ("LSquared" أو "نحن"). باستخدامك لريفلكتلي، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.

2. What Reflectly is2. ما هو ريفلكتلي

Reflectly is a personal mood-journaling tool. There is no account, no sign-in, and no server — everything you log is stored only on your own device, using Apple's on-device storage.ريفلكتلي أداة شخصية لتسجيل المزاج اليومي. لا يوجد حساب، ولا تسجيل دخول، ولا خادم — كل ما تسجّله يُخزَّن فقط على جهازك باستخدام نظام التخزين المحلي من آبل.

Reflectly's insights are simple pattern observations based on what you log — they are not medical, psychological, or professional advice. If you're struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional or a trusted person in your life.ملاحظات ريفلكتلي هي مجرد رصد بسيط للأنماط بناءً على ما تسجّله — وهي ليست نصيحة طبية أو نفسية أو مهنية. إذا كنت تمر بوقت صعب، يرجى التواصل مع مختص مؤهل أو شخص تثق به.

4. Your data stays yours4. بياناتك تبقى لك

Because Reflectly stores everything locally, we never see your mood entries or notes. Deleting the app deletes your data — we have no copy to restore.بما أن ريفلكتلي يخزّن كل شيء محليًا، فنحن لا نرى تسجيلات مزاجك أو ملاحظاتك إطلاقًا. حذف التطبيق يحذف بياناتك — ولا توجد لدينا نسخة لاستعادتها.

5. Intellectual property5. الملكية الفكرية

The Reflectly name, logo, design, and underlying software are owned by LSquared.اسم ريفلكتلي وشعاره وتصميمه والبرمجيات التي يقوم عليها مملوكة لـ LSquared.

6. Disclaimers6. إخلاء المسؤولية

Reflectly is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.يُقدَّم ريفلكتلي "كما هو". نبذل قصارى جهدنا لإبقائه موثوقًا، لكننا لا نضمن خلوّه من الأخطاء أو عدم انقطاعه.

7. Changes to these Terms7. تغييرات على هذه الشروط

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date above when we do.قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. سنقوم بتحديث التاريخ أعلاه عند القيام بذلك.
